24/11/09 - Successful weekend for Rystons teams in the Hereward Relay. 8 of our teams competed with the mens A team finishing in 4th overall and the women in 49th (2nd ladies team) out of 107 teams. Notable performances on the day from Ollie Bradbury, Joe Anderson-Brown, Simon Howling and Marie French (1st lady on stage 2). Well done all that completed the course and after a few runners ran a slight diversion on stage 3 it was good to see everyone in such high spirits! Full results available here

6/11/09 - Club presentation evening on Friday 18th December at the William Burt Centre in West Winch. Tickets are Ł2.50 for juniors, Ł5 for adults available from Georgina Allen. Price includes disco and buffet.

26/10/09 - Congratulations to Simon Levy and Jeremy Navrady, both completing the Snowdonia marathon on Saturday. Simon 81st in 3:24:26, Jeremy 817th in 4:30:00.

Another good turn out for Ryston athletes at the Fenland 10 and the Great Yarmouth 10k on Sunday. First finishers Tony Savage in 68.01 and Les Scott in 40:16

Beginner training sessions for Jumps, Throws & Hurdles start 2nd November, Lynnsport, 7pm. All welcome, try something new!
