Ryston Runners AC compete in the Eastern Young Athletes League in a combined team alongside West Norfolk AC, Diss AC and Thetford AC. The competition is open to Under 13, Under 15 and Under 17 age groups. Athletes wishing to compete should contact Gina Borrman (07504981851) before the Friday prior to the event.
