We are a running and athletics club providing structured and qualified training and competition for all ages. Activities include weekly training sessions at Lynnsport in Kings Lynn (for running and track and field) and Downham Market (running) and opportunities to compete as a team and as an individual in road running, cross-country running and  track and field disciplines.

We are one of the top ranked clubs in Norfolk.

Mondays, Alive Lynnsport, 7:30pm to 8:30pm

Cost: £2 per session (members only, pre-bookable)

We operate a track based running session for general running fitness of all abilities alongside a number of other smaller groups that train for various track and field disciplines. 

Thursdays, Downham Market Sports Federation Club, 7:00pm to 8:00pm

Cost: Free and open to all, members and non members

This is a road running session suitable for improvers. At HQ we have toilets and showers available to use. We run on the roads in and around Downham Market. A hi viz vest is mandatory in winter months. 

Seniors can compete for the club in both a team and as an individual. As a club we enter leagues, relays and championship events and encourage our members to join in at these.

• Annual awards evening - we hire a venue, enjoy a sit down meal and celebrate the achievements of our members. This is usually in January and celebrates the previous year of activity.
• Hancock Handicap - in memory of one of our founders we run a 5 mile staggered start handicap race in July in Downham Market. The first over the line wins the coveted trophy! The run is followed by a prize giving and a fish and chip social
• Summer Duathlon - a very informal duathlon based out of Beachamwell. An opportunity for members to compete as a team or as an individual on a multi-terrain course.
