Although not originally an athletics club Ryston Runners has firmly established itself as one of the strongest teams in Norfolk over Track and Field.

We currently compete in the Southern Athletics League, East Anglian League, Eastern Young Athletes League and Eastern Veterans League. Please click on the links on the right to find out more.

We also offer our younger athletes the opportunity to compete in sportshall athletics - an enjoyable indoor event that gives youngsters the perfect introduction to the sport.
